I remember when I got my diagnosis, I spent hours on end doing research.

What supplements work? What should I be taking.

I went through a lot of trial and error buying products pushed by influencers that didn’t end up doing much for me.

Honestly, it was so exhausing.

Eventually, I came across Tallene on my socials feeds ,and that honestly change my PCOS journey for the better.

Here was a woman sharing her experience with pcos, and creating a community for fellow Cysters.

When I discovered that she started her own line of supplements, the switch was honestly a no brainer.

Why I Switched to OvaFit Products

I wanted products that fit into my daily routine without making life more complicated.

A few things stood out to me:

  • The products are designed specifically for women living with PCOS.
  • Third-party testing gave me more confidence in what I was taking.
  • Everything felt simple instead of overwhelming.
  • I could build a routine using products from one brand instead of mixing several different companies.

Most importantly, I stopped chasing every new supplement trend and focused on consistency.

Not all supplements deliver what they promised, check out this blog post on why I stopped buying berberine from Amazon.

1. Inositol

If I had to choose one supplement that has stayed consistent, it would be inositol.

Majority of women with PCOS deal with insulin resistance, which simply means the body has a harder time using sugar for energy.

That can affect hormones, cravings, and energy levels.

For me, taking inositol consistently made my routine feel much more manageable.

I noticed that being consistent mattered far more than expecting overnight changes.

2. Crave Control Protein

Protein has become one of the biggest priorities in my PCOS journey.

Instead of skipping breakfast, I usually make a quick shake when mornings get busy.

Having enough protein helps support blood sugar balance, which is something many women with PCOS work on.

This specific protein powder is specially formulated for women with PCOS to help stabilise blood sugar and fight cravings.

3. Berberine

I didn’t start berberine immediately.

I spent time learning about it and talked with my healthcare provider before adding it to my routine.

It’s often discussed for supporting healthy blood sugar, although it’s definitely not for everyone.

Adding it slowly worked much better than trying to change everything at once.

Talk to your healthcare provider before getting on Berberine and they will give you a timeframe to use it

4. Omega-3

Omega-3 has become one of those supplements I rarely skip.

Women with PCOS often focus on reducing inflammation, which is the body’s response to stress or injury that can sometimes stay active longer than it needs to.

5. PCOS Multivitamin

I used to buy several individual vitamins.

Eventually, I realized I wanted something simpler.

Taking one multivitamin made my routine feel much less overwhelming.

If you want to know why I recommend this multivitamin over any other, then check out this post.

6. Testosterone Relief Tea

This quickly became part of my evening routine.

It feels calming after busy days, and I genuinely enjoy making time for it.

I don’t expect tea to solve my PCOS, but I do appreciate having a relaxing habit that supports my hormones and overall routine.

What Other Women Are Saying

One reason I felt comfortable trying OvaFit was hearing from other women living with PCOS.

While everyone’s experience is different, I found it encouraging to read stories from women who were also looking for a simpler routine.

A Gentle Reminder

Every PCOS journey looks different.

The supplements that fit my routine may not be the right choice for yours, and that’s completely okay.

Finding what works often takes patience, consistency, and listening to your own body.

Final Thoughts

Switching to OvaFit wasn’t about finding a magic solution.

For me, it was about simplifying my supplement routine and choosing products that aligned with what I was looking for.

PCOS is rarely a straight path. Some months feel easier than others.

But having a routine I can realistically stick with has made a real difference in how I approach my health.

If this post helps you ask better questions and feel a little less overwhelmed, then it’s done exactly what I hoped.
